It is made of BONEL type bitronic spring net with 5 rings of 2.2mm thick carbon steel wire, heat treated with high frequency currents, which ensures long-term resistance to wire elasticity.
Each row of springs is connected to the adjacent helical wire with a thickness of 1.4 mm, which makes the mattress stable in movement. The reinforcement of the mattress along the perimeter with BOX SYSTEM high-density polyurethane foam does not allow it to deform or come off over time. On top of the spring mesh (elastic core), a layer of textile support is laid on both sides, thermofelt - 1600 g / m2, then a layer of polyurethane foam with a density of 22 kg / m3, 1 cm thick, glued with a special environmental adhesive according to European standards. The outer material consists of 4 layers, fabric, polyurethane, cotton wool and TNT. The mattress is reinforced with decorative tape along each edge of the mattress, double stitching at the ends.
